Home Inspection
Services, LLC
Our Standards

A home inspection consists of a thorough visual inspection of all of the major systems of the home, including the inspection of all major appliances.
The inspection provides insight and education to the potential buyer. It provides descriptions and the condition of the major systems and components of the home as well as any health or safety concerns in an informative and detailed report.
An inspection provides the "New Owner" with valuable information on their home.
For example:
-
The location of the Main Water Shut Off Valve.
-
The Type of Heating and Air Conditioning Systems
-
The Type and condition of the Water Heater
-
The Condition of the Crawl Space
-
The list goes on...
The inspection is done following the ASHI Standards of Practice. (AMERICAN SOCIETY of HOME INSPECTORS)
These services are provided for the purchase of new and resale homes, as well as for current homeowners who want reassurance that their property is being maintained correctly.
We provide a thorough computer generated inspection report which is transmitted via email to our client. Hard copies of the report are also available upon request at no additional charge.
